Responsibilities:
Supervise daily back-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with the Culinary Operations Manager and Kitchen Manager to develop and implement menu specials.
Train kitchen staff on food preparation, plating techniques, and cooking procedures.
Monitor food plating and temperature to ensure high-quality presentation and adherence to standards.
Maintain strict portion control and minimize wastage, while adhering to inventory par levels.
Ensure compliance with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
Foster a safe and pleasant work environment for all staff members.
Communicate any food or personnel-related issues to the Kitchen Manager or General Manager in a timely manner.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Display effective conflict management abilities.
Manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain superior personal hygiene practices at all times.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
Food service management certification.
Minimum of 3 years of cooking experience (preferred).
Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
