We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has good communication skills, and enjoys working with people.
Job Duties:
Perform accounts payable functions including verifying invoices, posting payments, reconciling bank accounts, invoicing customers, preparing financial statements and other reports as requested by management.
Perform all related accounting tasks as assigned.
Job Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred.
