This is an independant-contractor position starting at $20/hr which is paid weekly either by check or Venmo.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Changing bed linens and making beds.
- Replenishing supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste, also putting trash cans on the curb to be picked-up weekly and bringing them back into our trash area.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces - Maintaining cleanliness in high traffic areas - Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures !!Must be able to work independantly and have a welcoming attitude towards guest.
!!Must have reliable transportation and the ability to text with the Hotel Manager who works from home.
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is required - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the facility.
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
