The General Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operations in a positive work environment and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervising a day-to-day operation.
Maintain retail inventory Manage service staff Prepare reports, schedules, and other admin paperwork Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given friendly service.
Work to achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation of the facility Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures Understand and implement all company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs Consistently demonstrate and promote the company culture Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant/management experience in a full-service establishment Strong knowledge of operations including food, beverage, staff supervision, food safety, service techniques, ordering, inventory, and guest interaction Strong financial and cash-handling skills Knowledge of POS Systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
