- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process reservations and manage room assignments - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel policies and procedures - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred - Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset This position requires a friendly and customer-oriented individual who can provide exceptional service to our guests.
