Responsibilities:
Warehouse Participate in the warehouse operations and activities; receive, process and ship warehouse stock; assure stock and warehouse facility is organized and maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
Receive, identify, mark and place materials sent to the warehouse according to established procedures.
o All packages must be inspected at time of receipt.
o Notify shipping company and the purchasing department of any damage or inaccurate packing list information.
o All packing lists must be turned into the accounting department.
Pull inventory from storage, pack, and ship goods from sales orders according to established procedure.
Assist with providing security and accountability of the warehouse inventory and facility.
Communicate with internal departments on shipping and receiving issues.
Maintain a variety of records, files, and reports of the stock inventory, receiving and shipping activities.
Document all receiving, storage and shipping processes.
Manager to receive original and updated documents on a timely basis.
Other Duties as directed.
Knowledge of:
Warehouse procedures Issuing materials, proper and orderly storage, optimum space utilization and stock procedures, Record-keeping techniques Inventory methods and practices.
Requirements:
Part-time; 30 hours per week.

30 pm preferred Must have computer skills, shipping software is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
